• Availability & Booking

  • How far in advance should we book? We can play if your date is free, but some periods are very busy. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as early as possible.

  • Do you travel outside Cheshire? Yes, although expenses are added

• Performance Details

  • What style of music do you play? We play classic jazz from the American Songbook, including swing, Dixieland, and jazz standards suitable for weddings and events.

  • How long are your sets? Our usual performance consists of two 45-minute sets, with breaks in between.

  • Do you provide background music during drinks/reception? Yes, we provide recorded or live background jazz music during drinks and other reception times.

• Technical / Equipment

  • Do you bring your own PA system? Yes, we bring a professional PA system suitable for most venues.

  • Do you need a stage or specific space? We will need a space to play

• Pricing & Packages

  • How much does a wedding jazz band cost? Events are priced on a number of factors, for a full accurate price (with no hidden extras) contact Darren

  • What is included in a typical booking? A typical booking includes two 45-minute sets, set-up time, travel, and the reassurance of a professional performance.

• • Can we request specific songs? Absolutely! We play many famous jazz standards from the American Songbook. If you have a particular request, please contact Darren in advance.

  • Do you take song requests on the day? We are happy to take requests on the day where possible, focusing on well-known jazz standards.

• Miscellaneous

  • Can you play outdoors? Yes, we are happy to perform outdoors, weather permitting.

  • Do you offer a DJ set between live sets? We do not provide a DJ set, but we can play recorded background jazz music between our live sets.
